Everything You Need at the Till, in One POS Bundle

Setting up a new till point means sourcing a terminal, a receipt printer, a cash drawer and the right cables — then making sure they’re all compatible before you go live. POS bundles take that work off your plate. Every component in our packages is selected to work together, tested for compatibility and shipped as a matched set.

Whether you’re opening a new location, replacing an old system or adding a second till point to handle demand, a bundle or POS package gets you operational faster and cuts out the compatibility research that solo hardware purchases require.

What's Included in a POS Bundle

Our standard POS bundles include touchscreen POS terminals, commercial-grade thermal receipt printers, cash drawers, and printer rolls. Cables and basic configuration accessories are included. All components are from the same product ecosystem, so drivers and connection protocols are aligned. You’re not cross-referencing firmware versions from three different manufacturers before your first transaction.

Bundles for Retail, Cafes and Hospitality

A convenience store, a coffee shop and a table-service restaurant have different needs at the counter. Our bundle range reflects that. Full-size retail packages include larger display terminals and multi-denomination cash drawers. Hospitality-focused options pair with kitchen printer setups for order routing.

If none of the pre-configured options quite match what you need, every component is also available individually. You can start with a bundle and add peripherals from our broader range.

▣

Start With a Bundle, Then Build Out

Bundles are a starting point, not a ceiling. Once you’re set up, it’s straightforward to add extra thermal printers for kitchen or back-office use, a cash drawer for a secondary till, or additional printer rolls to keep consumables stocked. Browse our full ePOS hardware range to see everything available, or start with the bundle that best fits your current setup.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.

What is included in a POS bundle?

A standard POS bundle or package includes the three core components of any till setup: a touchscreen POS terminal, a thermal receipt printer and a cash drawer. All cables needed to connect the components are included. Some bundles extend this with a barcode scanner, a customer-facing pole display or an initial supply of printer rolls. The product page for each bundle lists the exact contents so you know precisely what you’re getting before ordering.

Q.

Do POS bundles work with POSApt software?

If you are subscribed to POSApt, your POS bundle will arrive with the POSApt software pre-configured and ready to use. Simply connect the hardware, enter the login credentials provided by POSApt, and your system will be up and running in minutes. No complicated setup or technical expertise is required, allowing you to start processing sales and managing your business straight away. This hassle-free setup helps reduce downtime, saves valuable time, and ensures a smooth transition to your new POS system.

Q.

Is it cheaper to buy a POS bundle or individual components?

Bundles are generally better value than buying each component separately. Beyond price, you also save time — compatibility is pre-confirmed, everything arrives together and you don’t need to source cables separately. The main reason to buy individually is if you already own one or two components and only need to replace specific parts of your setup.

Q.

Can I add more hardware to a POS bundle after purchase?

Yes. Bundles are a starting point. All components in our range are available to purchase individually, so adding a second receipt printer, an extra cash drawer or a barcode scanner to your setup is straightforward. Our ePOS hardware category covers the full range of peripherals, and product pages include compatibility notes to confirm what works with what.

Q.

What POS bundle do I need for a small retail shop or cafe?

For most small retail shops and cafes, a standard bundle with a 15-inch countertop terminal, an 80mm thermal printer and a 16-inch cash drawer covers everything needed for daily trading. If your counter space is tight, look for a compact bundle with a smaller terminal footprint. If you handle high transaction volumes across multiple till points, consider two bundles rather than one.
